The company and name Redbeck was started over 12 years ago in Southowram, a small village on the tops of Halifax.
The “Redbeck” is a natural brook that separates Northowram and Southowram. I adopted it as my company name along with the ethos of providing quality workmanship, excellent communication and above all, customer happiness.
Customer satisfaction is fine, but if it was me paying for a service, I wouldn’t just want to be “satisfied” with the end result – I would want to be happy, overjoyed, ecstatic or even a bit impressed! That’s what we aim for with every client, no matter how big or small the project is.
We can deliver this due to the 20+ years of experience and constant learning on every job. The guy concentrating in the photo is me.
